Welcome to Inktush! We value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality customized products including T-shirts, hoodies, and caps.
1. Customized Product Policy
Since our products are custom-made (designed and printed as per your preferences), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or different from your confirmed order.
2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
- Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with seal tags.
- Provide unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-printed or personalized items (unless defective)
- Items washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. Return Process
- Email us at info@inktush.com within 24 hours.
- Include your order ID, reason, and photos/videos.
- Our team reviews within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, return shipping or pickup will be arranged.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund
- Prepaid: Refund to original payment method (Razorpay or PhonePe ) within 5–7 business days.
- COD: Refund via bank transfer or UPI.
- Shipping charges non-refundable unless our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Notify within 12 hours at info@inktush.com with images. We’ll verify and arrange replacement or refund.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours or before printing starts.
8. Shipping Costs
Customer bears return shipping cost unless defective. Eligible pickups are free.
